My email reply will tell you the steps we need to take from there to book you in.

This is completely up to you, and I would say around half of my brides have a trial. 

If you are laid back enough to leave it to the day then I am happy to book you in without a trial. 

If you are unsure what style you want, a bit uncomfortable with the idea of having your hair styled or just unsure what your vision is then it might be a good idea to have a trial run.

I allow 60-90 mins per person depending on the style.

Brides are allocated at least 60 minutes - we don't want to rush your bridal hair perfection!

I will also factor an extra 30 minutes for touch ups.

Honestly I have yet had a timeline go to plan on a wedding day, there is always a timing spanner in the works! I am more than happy to follow any timelines you or your makeup artist provide but I do not enforce my own. 

Generally, I will work with the makeup artist and make sure we are both cruising along on time. I will however calculate how much time we need and work with you to figure out an appropriate starting time.

Mobile hair styling is a luxury service and a convenience, so we charge accordingly.

Aside from the time spent travelling to and from your service location, mobile stylists spend the night prior cleaning, restocking and packing up all our kits and planning our trip.

Certainly beats driving to multiple appointments on the big day ;) 

The fee is calculated per KM travelled and also parking if required.

I understand sometimes your wedding might be more intimate or your bridal party is small however in order to make the travel viable for my business I will still require the minimum services to be met or paid. 

You can either find another friend or family to have their hair styled or pay the additional service (charged at the guest fee).
